NEW EXPANDED LARGER SHOWER, PLUMBING, TUB & SHOWER GLASS
The family wanted to update their Jack & Jill’s guest bathroom. They chose stunning grey Polished tile for the walls with a beautiful deco coordinating tile for the large wall niche. Custom frameless shower glass for the enclosed tub/shower combination. The shower and bath plumbing installation in a champagne bronze Delta 17 series with a dual function pressure balanced shower system and integrated volume control with hand shower. A clean line square white drop-in tub to finish the stunning shower area.
ALL NEW FLOORING, WALL TILE & CABINETS
For this updated design, the homeowners choose a Calcutta white for their floor tile. All new paint for walls and cabinets along with new hardware and lighting. Making this remodel a stunning project!
Twinkle and Whistle
This tiny bathroom had heaps of character but was dark, hard to clean, and not practical for its growing family. Thoughtful design led to a compact layout that fits bathtub, walk-in shower, vanity and toilet... all in 7m2! The selections, while modern and minimalist, create a neutral, organic palette, with a variety of textures (timber vanity, concrete basin, glazed brick tiles) to bring warmth and softness. Some of the original features - although imperfect - were retained as to celebrate the house's history and charm.

Retiled shower walls replaced shower doors, bathroom fixtures, toilet, vanity and flooring to give this farmhouse bathroom a much deserved update.

STUDIO GRILO
A series of light touch interventions within a Victorian terraced house in Kensington culminated with the refurbishment of the main bedroom ensuite. The existing bathroom was in need of renovation works that would benefit from key layout adjustments.
Great attention was given to the detailing of the new joinery elements in pursuit of a sumptuous and textured atmosphere. Two marble slabs were carefully sourced to clad the alcove bath and form the vanity splashback and counter. Woven rattan panels infill the oak framed cabinetry in a confluence of materials and techniques that dialogue with the pre-existing Victorian heritage.
August Interiors
This project involved 2 bathrooms, one in front of the other. Both needed facelifts and more space. We ended up moving the wall to the right out to give the space (see the before photos!) This is the kids' bathroom, so we amped up the graphics and fun with a bold, but classic, floor tile; a blue vanity; mixed finishes; matte black plumbing fixtures; and pops of red and yellow.

the second bathroom also completely renovated.
A new one piece vanity/counter top/sink, new mirror and lighting, and new shower door and tiling and more makes for a brand new bathroom. The colors are ideal for a small bathroom.

Complete bathroom remodel - The bathroom was completely gutted to studs. A curb-less stall shower was added with a glass panel instead of a shower door. This creates a barrier free space maintaining the light and airy feel of the complete interior remodel. The fireclay tile is recessed into the wall allowing for a clean finish without the need for bull nose tile. The light finishes are grounded with a wood vanity and then all tied together with oil rubbed bronze faucets.

Our clients wanted a REAL master bathroom with enough space for both of them to be in there at the same time. Their house, built in the 1940’s, still had plenty of the original charm, but also had plenty of its original tiny spaces that just aren’t very functional for modern life.
The original bathroom had a tiny stall shower, and just a single vanity with very limited storage and counter space. Not to mention kitschy pink subway tile on every wall. With some creative reconfiguring, we were able to reclaim about 25 square feet of space from the bedroom. Which gave us the space we needed to introduce a double vanity with plenty of storage, and a HUGE walk-in shower that spans the entire length of the new bathroom!
While we knew we needed to stay true to the original character of the house, we also wanted to bring in some modern flair! Pairing strong graphic floor tile with some subtle (and not so subtle) green tones gave us the perfect blend of classic sophistication with a modern glow up.
Our clients were thrilled with the look of their new space, and were even happier about how large and open it now feels!
Michael Norpell's Wall To Wall
The building had a single stack running through the primary bath, so to create a double vanity, a trough sink was installed. Oversized hexagon tile makes this bathroom appear spacious, and ceramic textured like wood creates a zen-like spa atmosphere. Close attention was focused on the installation of the floor tile so that the zero-clearance walk-in shower would appear seamless throughout the space.
