An urban oasis in East London. This space has been transformed into a lush garden perfect for indoor-outdoor living. This garden has been designed so that it is divided into 3 distinct areas, each surrounded by lush. abundant planting. closest to the house a dining patio with a large built in parasol for sunny and slightly rainy days, a second patio area with sofa and chairs offers a great space for coffee, working and drinks near the outdoor kitchen and BBQ area. The substantial built in benches at the rear of the garden offers a wonderful space for relaxing and entertaining with dappled shade from the overhead pergola and plants in summer and warmth of the fire pit on colder nights.

Japanese inspired zen garden with use of traditional Acer's, Azalea's and topiary rounded shrubs. We fenced with bamboo and created a traditional bamboo 'wall' canopy to 'keep the world' out. A peaceful space with little upkeep.

The grounds were treated with the same care and attention to design and detail as the residence in this complete remodel and restoration of a midcentury modern home and yard. The resulting landscape is a seamless integration of a low-maintenance, xeriscape front yard with modern appeal and a lush space for entertaining in the back, whose horticultural palette draws inspiration from an iconic time period while remaining drought-tolerant and aligned with Santa Barbara style. The high-desert plant palette provides an example an extremely low-maintenance and low-water-use garden without sacrificing aesthetics.

A Japanese style garden with the aim of creating an ambiance of tranquillity. Our design included the gentle sound from a water feature and shelter to sit in under a feature pod seat with illumination for the warmer evenings. Lush green planting and a variety of textures surround the stepping stone path that meanders through the front and rear garden space.

A small walled garden, designed for a party loving family in Whitechapel. The property has been recently renovated and extended. Floor to ceiling windows face out from the kitchen into the garden - whilst an oriel window from the snug provides a more intimate view to the outside. Five storey buildings tower above the garden making the space not only dark but very over looked.

This is the planting scheme for the raised bed that supports the back of the built in seating, by having this at eye level provides a new view of these flowers and the insect life they attract.

Ricardo is passionate about sustainable forestry. He specialises in renewable energy using natural systems in nature and we have created an environment that reflects this within his home. In this project we chose paintings that express fluidity and fengshui to embrace the wind and water elements of nature. To purify the air, we created a moss wall and the lush grass carpet generates the comforting sense of forest bathing. The splashback evokes the peaceful experience of walking in the forest amongst a sea of bluebells generating a sense of spring and new beginings. The bathroom is inspired by the vast, lush Amazon Rainforest and it's natural biodiversity. With the artwork here, we created an alluring tranquil space, incorporating natural raw materials and spiritual artefacts, brining a sense of calm and rejuvenation.

The owners of this charming Spanish-style home wanted an oasis in their small backyard. In just 1,400 square feet, not only did we give them a pool and spa, but also an inviting area for lounging and eating, created from repurposed vintage brick. Their love of Mexican design is seen in a new Talavera-tiled outdoor shower area. Softly billowing California native plants mingle with a growing collection of cacti and succulents.
